Shipping policy

All vibeclothed.com products are printed to order and shipped by our fulfillment partner Printify and its print providers. This policy explains processing times, shipping costs, and what to expect after you order.
Order processing (production)
After you place an order:
- Production typically takes 2–5 business days (sometimes longer during peak demand or for certain products).
- You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when the package leaves the print facility.
Processing time is separate from transit time in the mail.
Shipping times (transit)
Once shipped, estimated delivery depends on your destination and the carrier. These are estimates only, not guarantees:
- United States: often 3–7 business days after shipment
- International: often 7–21+ business days after shipment
Carriers may experience delays. We do not control transit times and are not liable for carrier delays.
Shipping costs
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address, product type, and carrier options shown at that time.
- Free shipping on qualifying orders over $50 USD (before tax) to eligible destinations, as shown in the cart and checkout.
Printify may assign shipping profiles per product when published to Shopify; rates you see at checkout reflect those settings.
International orders & customs
International customers may be responsible for:
- import duties, taxes, and customs fees charged by their country,
- delays for customs clearance, and
- local pickup requirements.
We do not collect customs fees at checkout unless explicitly shown.
Address accuracy
Please enter your full legal name and correct shipping address. We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses supplied at checkout.
Lost, returned, or refused packages
If a package is returned to the sender as undeliverable, or refused at delivery, contact support@vibeclothed.com. A reshipment may require an additional shipping charge.

Split shipments
Orders with multiple items may ship in more than one package. You may receive separate tracking numbers.
