Refund policy

vibeclothed.com sells print-on-demand products. Each item is made to order when you place it. Please read this policy before you buy.
Summary
- No returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size, wrong color, or fit preference.
- Free reprint or refund when an item is defective, damaged, or misprinted — contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos.
- Fulfillment is handled by our production partner Printify. Our policy is aligned with Printify’s refund and returns guidelines.
Made to order (no buyer’s-remorse returns)
Because products are produced only after you order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you:
- ordered the wrong size or color,
- changed your mind, or
- expected a different fit or shade than shown on screen.
Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. Colors can vary slightly between monitors and printed fabric.
Damaged, defective, or misprinted items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing error that is our fault, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.
To report an issue:
- Email support@vibeclothed.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the problem (and packaging if relevant).
- If multiple items share the same design and are affected, include one photo showing all items in a single frame.
You do not need to return a damaged item unless we ask you to.
Minor print placement variation (for example, up to about 0.5″ on direct-to-garment prints) is within normal production tolerance and is not considered a defect.
Lost or undelivered packages
Delivery dates are estimates. Carriers sometimes delay packages. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather, or incorrect addresses.
- If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us within 7 days. We will help investigate with the carrier; a free replacement is not guaranteed.
- If a domestic order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, or an international order within 45 days, contact us within 7 days after that window so we can review eligibility for a reprint or refund.
Wrong or incomplete address
You are responsible for providing a correct shipping address at checkout. If a package is lost or returned because of an address error, we may offer a reship at your cost for product and shipping.
Order changes and cancellations
Orders enter production quickly. Contact us immediately at support@vibeclothed.com if you need to change or cancel. We cannot guarantee cancellation once production has started.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank or card issuer (often 5–10 business days after we issue the refund).
